A few days ago, in order to strengthen the physical fitness and technical expertise of the company's management staff, and at the same time enhance the awareness of teamwork, we held an outdoor physical fitness and skills development training on July 25, 2020.
Outreach training is a typical outdoor experiential activity. This form of activity is both safe, professional and interesting. The content of the entire activity, combined with daily management, greatly enriches and improves the thinking and concepts of our company’s managers.
Outward Boundary Training interprets the close relationship between groups and individuals, combining team assistance and competition between teams, so as to further understand the relationship between "cooperation" and "competition". Participants need to be fully committed to feel the importance of being a team member, the charisma of group leadership, and the necessity of team communication and collaboration.
Through outdoor development training, our management team can apply what they feel and learn in training activities to work and study. Through the active review of the activity process by the participants and the guidance and summary of the coaches, assisting outdoor development training effectively realized the goal of tapping personal potential, strengthening team awareness, and improving personal quality. This is also the true meaning of our outreach training!
