• Preliminary preparation: The safety officer carefully inspects the fire hydrants, tests alarms and emergency lights, and plans and marks evacuation routes.
• Escape posture: Remember to "bend down, cover your nose, stick to the wall", avoid thick smoke, filter out toxic gas, and quickly find an exit.
• Use of fire extinguisher: "Lift and hold", aim at the root of the flame at the upwind position to extinguish the initial fire.
Medical rescue: Burn, rinse with cold water, first aid for suffocation, and transfer for spinal protection.
